Dear Customer,

I have much pleasure in presenting our 2008 price list and thank you for your past orders. The birds all have the same characteristics, high flying and well feathered. Please order early to avoid disappointment and relieve the book-keeping during the laying and hatching season.

Visitors are always welcome by appointment.

Orders will be delivered by road whenever possible in our environmentally controlled chick transporters.

When collecting please bring your own crates or boxes other than for day-olds.

OUR HATCHING DAY IS MONDAY.

DELIVERY: AFTERNOON, EVENING AND TUESDAY MORNING.

OUR PAYMENT TERMS ARE 5% DISCOUNT FOR PAYMENT IN FULL WITH ORDERS RECEIVED BEFORE MARCH 31^ST, OTHERWISE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF INVOICE OR INTEREST WILL BE CHARGED AT BANK RATE PLUS 2%.

FOR PHEASANT AND PARTRIDGE POULTS WE REQUIRE HALF PAYMENT WITH ORDER AND REMAINDER TO BE CLEARED FUNDS BEFORE DISPATCH.

Delay or failure to deliver stock through any reason whatsoever cannot be accepted as a liability by Hy-Fly Game Hatcheries Ltd., nor entitle the buyer to damages. All terms, conditions and warranties, either expressed or implied by section 14 (sub-sections 1 and 2) of the Sale of Goods Act, 1893, or at common law are expressly excluded from any sale effected under the foregoing quotation or described in any invoice or any other document forming the basis of any contract between the vendor and the purchaser.

ALL ORDERS WILL BE INDIVIDUALLY QUOTED FOR, DEPENDANT ON: TYPE OF BIRD, QUANTITY, TIME OF SEASON, DISTANCE TO DELIVERY SITE AND PAYMENT TERMS.

ORDINARY CHICKS COULD BE ANY STRAIN.

SMALLER ORDERS WILL BE CHARGED CARRIAGE AT COST.
