Delivery

Now that you have placed your order let us show you how your order will arrive to you.

We have a large fleet of vehicles ranging from A 17 tonne Volvo down to Mercedes Sprinters. All our vehicles are fitted with climate control which is constantly monitored by the driver with the aid of temperature sensors that are fitted inside the vehicle and temperature display plus alarm units fitted in the cab. The driver can alter the flow of air to keep the optimal temperature for the transportation of your order so that the birds arrive to you in the best possible condition.

Below are just a few pictures of our vehicles

We always take the best possible care of your order - on arrival at one customer we found this chap had escaped and was wandering around the back of the wagon. He then had a free ride in the cab with us for the next 100 miles until we reached the next customer on which he was then reunited with his pals!!!

On arrival of your order we would ask that you have enough manpower and vehicles available to transport your order to their final destination. The driver will unload the wagon for you and assist wherever possible but please keep in mind that the driver may have multiple drops still to complete with other customers awaiting their orders and he will want to depart from your site as soon as possible.

The reason that we ask for you to have suitable vehicles available is that our wagons were not built for off road use, the driver will get as close to your drop point as he can but please understand that the driver is responsible for the vehicle and will not take it anywhere he feels is not suitable.

Below are a few pictures to show just what happens when a misjudgement of the track was made. This delayed the wagon for almost 2 hours whilst it was towed out by a tractor and although the customers down the line were understanding they were still delayed in receiving their orders.
